Engin and Miranda have ensured that their guests can relax and enjoy themselves day and night in the pool, restaurant and bar that fully complement the excellent accommodation. Their personal touch ensures the perfect holiday in a home-from-home atmosphere that is as warm and welcoming as the golden sandy beaches and clear blue Mediterranean Sea for which this part of Turkey is famous.

Start Apart residents enjoy unlimited use of the super 18 metre pool and accompanying children’s’ pool, set in the one and a half acres of fully landscaped gardens. Soaking up the Turkish sunshine on one of the many free sun loungers around the pool, interrupted only by the occasional wandering to the adjacent restaurant and bar for that cooling drink or ice cream.

Lunch can be taken inside or out on the extensive patio area, under the colourful sunshades that provide a temporary break from the serious sunbathing that otherwise dominates the agenda. Hot and cold food, sandwiches and snacks are all on the menu at lunchtime, washed down with a cold beer, chilled wine, delicious soft drink or whatever else takes your fancy.

In the evening, the restaurant provides a selection of English and Turkish dishes that will suit everyone, from egg and chips to Kofte, delicious Turkish meatballs that can be barbecued or served in a sauce. Pride of place on a Sunday is a traditional English Sunday Roast – or maybe try Guvec, a Turkish casserole dish that can be made with any meat or vegetable for those that really want to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Alongside the dining area in the restaurant, there is a pool table and dart board to keep the young (and not so young) entertained, whilst the adults relax and enjoy themselves after the rigours of a day spent doing as little or as much as they want to.
